Networks has hosted 19 Employment Supports Symposia over the years, and this year is the big 2-0! It’s not just a milestone, but also a testimony to the belief in employment for all, the attitude of never giving up, and the commitment to really make a difference.
For this year’s Symposium, we’ve been intentional about including sessions that the business community as well as the provider community, will be interested in. Sessions on diversity and inclusion, talent management, accommodations, networking, panel presentations with business leaders, community conversations and more will be key highlights. We are very excited about how this year’s event is shaping up!

We are seeking 20 individuals who have disabilities to meet with local business leaders for a networking reception! All 20 in 2020 applicants are expected to attend a meeting to prepare for the event, practice interviewing skills, and give their resumes a final review before the event.
Why else should you attend? Let’s face it, we know we have a lot of work to do. We are facing many challenges, but we can’t stop doing…..we have to keep moving forward, doing the best we can do.
